The flights offered are private flights as defined in Article 100 of the Civil Aviation Ordinance (SR 748.01). The prices offered here for passenger flights are far below the cost prices according to Art. 100 Para. 1 lit. a LFV. In terms of Art. 100 Para. 3 LFV, reference is made to the minimum security for liability claims of travelers in accordance with Art. 132a LFV.
